Refunds and Returns Policy

At Chewkz Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your options for returns and refunds. It does not affect your statutory rights.

EU / EEA customers: 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

How to start a request: Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/89839599939/account and go to your Orders to request a return or cancellation. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot use the account link — please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Returning your goods: You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds: We will refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). Refunds are made using the same payment method as your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to your specification.

UK customers: 14-day right to cancel. UK consumers have a similar right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contact admin@chewkz.info or use your account.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 14 days at admin@chewkz.info for a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost.

Change of mind (outside the statutory right). Aside from the rights above, and except where an item is faulty or not as described, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds. Please review product details before purchasing.
